Mentioned when servicing for winter, downstairs unit may need a new cooling fan and motor. I advised system was still under warranty and I would call carrier. Sure enough it was and the parts were replaced.Couldn't ask for a more honest and reliable company. Hobson saved me almost $500.THANKS
My air conditioner went out around midnight. Left a message on 24 hour office system. Mike called me early next day. He arrived at my house and fixed a/c by early afternoon. Have over 10 years experience with Hobson. Thanks again for great service!
I should have called Hobson sooner. My husband called this AM and we had the a/c fixed by 1:30. Mike came out and got to work right away. He fixed our AC and it was kicking back on within a few minutes. Here I am now... sitting at home under a blanket as it's cool and comfortable in the house. Definitely recommend.
