Sunday night our furnace went out. Not a good time with the sub-zero temperature. I called and they ANSWERED. NOT a recording. Matt was here in 15 minutes (he was finishing another job) , and had our furnace running shortly after that.Sometimes it's hard to know who to call, especially in an emergency. Not anymore.
They've always been great at diagnosing the problem and solving it rather than speculating or guessing. He's an honest guy who I'll be going to again in the future and who I would recommend to others.
