Technician Robbie Oyervides performed routine systems check/service to my HVAC system. Robbie was extremely knowledgeable, professional and polite. He walked me through the process and showed me a potential issue with a contactor on the condenser and discussed my options. The house had been boiling over the July 4th weekend due to our A/C going down, so today, a Monday, I needed someone today given that 100+ degree temperatures will be here in a few days. Ultimate came to the rescue -- initially estimating 4-6pm arrival but became available hours earlier. Within 15 minutes, the technician isolated the problem – and identified a future issue I he could address today. His efficiency was astounding, and our A/C sprang back to life, all in record time.
They also have a plumbing division – we may check that out too.
