From the very start, Joshua was responsive to our garage heating needs. He recommended a mini-split for our garage in order to take the winter chill off and cool the garage in the summers to make our garage more useful in inclement weather. The installer, Juan, along with his assistant, did a beautiful job. It is a very nice, quiet unit and looks great while heating/cooling. Throughout the process, we appreciated the text updates such as when the tech was on his way, etc. The extra level of attention to communication is miles above any other company we have ever used. We will be using 7th Element for any future HVAC needs.Service: Ductless heating & A/C services

Daniel and Josh were both very polite and respectful, new almost right away the issue with my furnace, fixed the main issue and did some preventative repairs just to make sure I don’t have any future issues. I now have heat upstairs and this winter is a cold one. Great job guys. Keep up good work.
