Colin came out at 6pm on a Friday in 100 degree heat and got our A/C back up and running (working in our garage which was probably 110). Super friendly, knowledge and efficient. The dispatch operator on the phone heard the a/c wasn't working at all and contacted a tech to come out right away instead of the next appointment she saw in the system (Tuesday).
We needed a replacement part, Colin had it in his truck and replaced it + checked temperatures to make sure everything was working. We would recommend them to anyone in a pinch!
He was on time and informative. He said if he added a hard start it would stop the flickering in my house. It didn’t…. Was he an apprentice? I don’t know. I am a widow and senior did he take advantage? I Don’t know, but next time I will have someone that’s younger that could have some serious questions asked for me with me.
I can’t believe how great this company is. Arrived same day, on a Sunday. Offered a low cost fix or a whole new install for half of what others were offering.
Everyone I talked to was very kind and thoughtful.
