The clog was on City property and two other companies kept charging to fix what was not fixable from the house. Viking made the right decision to scope with a camera, determine it was City of Boise property and called the City Works department. Next day City was over fixing pipe. The other companies would have charged us a fortune in several different ways while chaising their tail. Viking wasn’t the cheapest but it was fast and competent!!! FAST, CHEAP, GOOD…. you get two of the three in the real world. Viking seems to be fully capable of any two of these three. If you got a situation, don’t mess around. Call these guys.“

They're honesty with letting us know our AC was still good as is was great because they could have lied but they didn't. That being said they gained a customer for life and they changed our water heater on the same day they came to look at it. Great prices as well.“
