Amanda nailed it. My hair looks styled even when I just roll out of bed and give it a quick brush. The layers are perfect, my hair feels healthy, and—speaking of brushes—she gifted me one from her own line. I didn’t think brushes could be that different, but this one massages my scalp while detangling. It’s ridiculously relaxing.

We went to Brandi Bandgerter for my daughter's ear piercing. She was AMAZING ! She let my daughter get comfortable in the environment which was so nice and clean! She didn't rush anything and was just so kind to my daughter. She did everything she could to make my daughter comfortable. She was quick when it came to doing the piercings. She had an amazing selections of earrings to pick from and I LOVED that there were flat back earring options! I highly recommend her for piercings!!
I love getting haircuts here, and Karlee is my favorite. I had had a couple of so-so pixie haircuts at a different salon, and then I went to Carlisle, and Karlee gave me the best pixie cut. I absolutely loved it. She has cut my 5-year-old's hair as well, and I got a pedicure/manicure from her yesterday, which was a great experience. She is easy-going, professional, and fun to chat with. Even though I walked in looking a little rough, i was treated with the upmost dignity and respect. I have found that with alot of salons around here, that with my greying and frizzy hair I have definitely been treated less than.
Not at the Defining Line! She was very kind and patient while she walked me through colors and styles.
Before i walked in, I felt like I had hopless hair. But wanted to look nice for a very special event.
I was not disappointed. The color was rich. And with the hair cut, the lines were even yet blended. My hair is so much softer even after being dyed a darker shade of red.

Also they use different things that won’t harm your skin or nails. I’ve never heard of hard gel overlay, or polygel. I will never go back to using monomer or all the acrylic stuff.

I can’t say enough great things about the employees at this location. I came in needing a new toilet tank lid and they had it for me in minutes. Also went in looking for a new faucet because I currently have no water pressure in one of my sinks and this amazing guy (didn’t get his name) and wonderful girl walked me through how to fix this problem without needing the faucet. Fantastic customer service. Very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. Highly recommend. Never going anywhere else for plumbing needs:)
Outstanding service! Needed my garbage disposal replaced and KO made it so easy! What I dreaded was major was taken care of in a matter of 10 minutes! A local trustworthy company with great rates, don’t waste your time with anyone else!
We are right in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Cache came out and installed our sink and rerouted our drain for it. He is amazing! Then we had 2 other guys (didn't catch their names) come and install a gas line and gas oven. It took 4 different times of them canceling (we had to call them, never were we kept up to date on what was going on) before they got out here to install it. Once installed I mentioned the strong odor of gas but they said it should dissipate. It never did. My daughter brought her 1 day old baby home and was overwhelmed by the smell. An emergency call was put in and Cache was sent out again. He worked tirelessly to find the sources of the leaks and fixed them properly. Dishwasher is next and we are requesting Cache again. He's knowledgeable, works hard and doesn't cut corners. He is an asset to this company and saved our hides with this latest situation. Thank you Cache for going above and beyond to make sure we were safe.
We had an issue with our main sewer line being uncapped downstairs at the basement drain. We weren't quiet sure what the deal was with that as we haven't seen a line to the sewer at one of these drains before. We called and asked for some advice and clarifying questions and these guys were so nice and explained what it was and that we just needed a cap over it. And even recommended that we make sure the main line to drain water was still working right. They were extremely helpful and great on the phone. I would totally call again if we needed them to come to the house!
Rubin came out to take a look at our HVAC that wasn't cooling for us in this heat! I'm a very curious person and he let me tag along with him and answered all my questions. He quickly diagnosed the issue, explained it in a way that was easy to understand and made the repair efficiently. Very personable and knowledgeable which made me feel confident in the service he provided. All in all, we have a cool home again and had a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend Modern!

I was having a strange fault this morning with one of breakers, I made a post on Facebook South East Idaho group, they one of the first people to respond, to my post, and they really quick to respond back when I sent them a message, and willing to work with me since I get paid in a few days. When I set up the service call, they were on time and very professional, and quick to troubleshoot the problem, between a bad surge protector, and faulty GFCI switch on my breaker panel. They tested all my outlets on that circuit since I found a bad outlet, and everything was working in under an hour... I would recommend them, and will be calling them again whenever I have an electrical problem that I can't solve. - Josef

Roof Rescue replaced my roof a little over two years ago. A few months ago the boot around one of the pipes sticking out of the roof failed and water leaked into the house and damaged the ceiling in a hallway. I called Roof Rescue and let them know. They asked me to send them pictures of the roof and the damage inside the house. Which I did. It took them a three days to respond and send one of their crew to repair the boot. Then it took about a month and a half for the repairman (********************* of Henderson ************************************************ to come in for fixing the ceiling. But Roof Rescue kept me well informed about when that would happen and explained that their ceiling repair sub-contractor was overbooked. Well, eventually, all was done and the ceiling looks absolutely great. One cannot tell the difference between the previously damaged zone and the rest of the ceiling. While at it, *********************, the sub-contractor also fixed a few popped out nails near the damage (and helped me replace a light I could not reach). I am really satisfied with the level and quality of service I received from Roof Rescue and from Henderson ************************************************
All-Pros has been cleaning my carpets for a couple years now, and I won't trust anyone else to do it! They are professional, honest, and they do a GREAT job! I have very sensitive skin and they make sure to take the extra time to make sure there is no left over residue on my carpet, and they leave fans so that my carpets dry Super Fast! Plus, as a working mom my schedule is crazy and hectic and they do their best to work around it and get me in quickly!

We had a window AC unit in a small bedroom that we use as an office, that apparently had been leaking water into the wall for some time. Weren’t aware didn’t notice it until my wife could smell a musty smell, and then we noticed the paint was bubbling up on the Sheetrock.
I took 5 quotes from local restoration companies, Rainbow was the third company to come out and give us a quote, of the 5 theirs was the lowest. My wife looked over the quotes and of course she liked the lowest priced one, but she also just had a good feeling about them. I learned a long time ago to listen to her gut feelings. I don’t usually go with the lowest price (you get what you pay for). I was however quite impressed with Triston, he was very laid back, and very accommodating, so I gave him the job. I found their people knowledgeable, and professional. My only complaint is the job seemed to drag on. However the completed work was worth it.
My wife and had been talking about remodeling the bathroom in out basement and had been putting away some money for that project. So we decided to ask for a quote from Triston. He brought Rainbows remodeling manager Adrian, by to look over the project and work up a quote. He looked over the job and told us that he would get the quote for budget purposes, but that some of the required work couldn’t be quoted until things were opens up. Which I could fully understand. The budget quote was well within our budget, and we decided to go ahead. Again the people they used were amazing. Triston, Adrian and the guy’s were again willing to go above and beyond in providing us with the best experience. The final cost to do the job including the unknowns was still within the budget. They took care of us.

We are very pleased with the Timeless Tile Tradition's company who did our bathroom shower tile renovation. We were able to choose the tile that we desired, and they communicated with a local tile store to pick up the tile we requested. They communicated well with us, and came to do the work when they said that they would. The guys, Sam and James, were courteous and respectful of our home as they studiously worked. Ben, the owner, was here the last day to help with the finish work and gave instruction on how to clean our shower tile. The price was excellent. In the future, we plan to have this company do our other bathroom shower as well.

Brandon with High Country Flooring was awesome. He came highly recommended to us by our neighbors who also had a great experience. I have a type A personality and demand great work and he delivered. It was a seemless process, with top notch quality. Just days after the floors were finished, they were damaged by workers re-installing our dishwasher and refrigerator. I was devastated. We worked with Mark for the quote and Chase did the install, they were easy to work with and did an excellent job. The only flooring company out of 3 who knew how to handle the baseboards (undercut) without leaving a lot more work for us later. Chase worked long hours and very hard to get it done in 5 days so we could start to move back in with our young kids. The floor looks great!! Before and after photos, we got new hardwood and also existing sand/refinish.
Chelsey and Jade were extremely helpful and easy to work with. They both helped pick out the perfect flooring for our application.
Even though we both appreciated all the help we received, we were very disappointed that our contractor wouldn’t receive a discount for ordering our flooring until he had purchased a certain amount of flooring. Chelsey and Jade are definitely put at a disadvantage because of this bad policy. I don’t know how the owner of Lumber Liquidators plans to stay in business with all the competition in the area. I really hope that Lumber Liquidators can stay in business in spite of this poor policy.

Then they sanded and stained existing ans new oak flooring so you cannot tell the difference between the old and the new oak flooring. The crew was awesome. I called these guys after voles destroyed over half my lawn and spending almost $500 in fertilizer and it still looking rough. He came out and gave me suggestions without requiring any commitment from me. He did one treatment and within a week my lawn was greening up and growing better. By 6 weeks my lawn looked amazing and my neighbors were asking what we were doing. After the second treatment, areas that never grow are starting to grow in. It will cost me less having him come all year than it will doing it myself the first half of the summer. I also asked if he could let me know before he comes so I could get my dogs inside and I have not had any issues with this he has let me know before each service. Highly recommend him.

2023, I scheduled a sprinkler blowout. They kept rescheduling until after freeze out. 2024 I discovered a blowout caused by a burst pipe. 2024, asked for l a tree work estimate. They provided one that I could not afford. I asked for an estimate for reduced work. I got ghosted for that. Then i found a business that did twice the work for half the price. I scheduled a sprinkler blow out for 2024, Senske wanted to blow out a WEEK BEFORE the canal shut down! When the technician showed up, because he didn't know the capabilities of his service truck, we nearly didn't get the job done, and then I had to train him how to blow out my system. Three strikes? No four strikes!

I never thought I would say this, but I actually enjoy going to this dentist! I went to a few in the past and they were not only more expensive but never actually listened to me. You are guaranteed to be heard and also never feel pain or judgement. I had to get quite a bit of work and they only were nice and friendly about everything. They not only walked me through it all but truly got to know me. My family found out forever dentist as long as we live in this area.

I've suffered with tension headaches and migraines daily for as long as I can remember. After just one visit I could already tell a difference. I appreciate the time he took to explain things and didn't just "pop" me and send me on my way. Highly recommend to anyone!! I cannot wait until my next appointment.
I had dislocated a rib, I came to have it realigned into place and I had found out my hip posture was all out of alignment but he fixed me right up and I haven't felt this good in a long time would definitely recommend!
Decided to try and find a chiropractor that could help with all the neck pain and headaches I was experiencing. I used to wake up every day with a headache and now it is substantially less frequent! Dr. Miller helps with the causes of why things are happening and not just finding a quick fix thatay last for 3 weeks and then you return to the same pain you were in. Both Dr. Miller and Erin are phenomenal! Even if you just started going they treat you like you e been friends for years!
I have been to several Chiropractors over the years and none was as effective as Dr. Callaway. His staff are so helpful, caring and they put up with my four young (and very busy) children. Dr. Callaway has helped immensely with all of the young mom aches and pains (back, wrists, ankles, sinuses, etc) both during and after pregnancy. This office also offers laser therapy which I would also highly recommend. Do your body a favor and make an appointment.

I first went to Tom for a rib, I popped out of place. I have a physically demanding job and I am constantly sore. He has done multiple adjustments for me. I always feel so much better after going. Very happy with how he does his stuff. Good conversation, good results.
Can't say enough good things about this guy. I hurry to him whenever I mess up my lower back. I'll walk in hardly able to stand upright, and he will adjust me so that I have a fraction of the pain and I'm able to walk out standing straight up.

I was in an accident and the chiropractor I saw in Colorado really didn't help much. I was resistant to see another, but Dr. Jamison works magic! My appointments are 5 minutes no nonsense, and I leave with my neck feeling the best it has ever felt.

These people have saved my dogs' lives repeatedly... Most recently today. When we got to the vets office we opened up the hatch of our Subaru and our puppy bolted out into traffic. All the office staff came running out and helped distract our Josie enough that she came running back out of the street. We are so grateful to all of them.
We have had the pleasure of having Dr Grisham and Dr Gray treat our fur babies. They are both absolutely amazing veterinarians. The compassion and empathy they have for animals is soo much more than we could ever ask for. They explain testing and treatments very thorough and always answer our questions before we even have to ask. We are so lucky to have them in our community. We wouldn’t take our animals anywhere else.

We absolutely love Dr. Christensen! We have used his services to vaccinate our puppy. He was informative and answered all of our questions patiently.When we had a scare with our puppy eating something she shouldn't have, we texted Dr. Christensen and he responded right away. My dog was suffering from a ruptured tumor. Her regular vet was unable to get her in and she was in a lot of pain. I called and luckily they had a spot open to get her in. It was super lucky because after her exam, I went home and noticed her tumor getting worse. I sent an email just to see if maybe they had a cream that would help the pain. In the morning they contacted me and got her in for emergency surgery. They saved my dog and I am so grateful for them. You can tell that they truly care about the animals they help. I am so impressed and will be taking my dog from now on.

Our dogs doctor loved our dog so much she nearly cried when giving her shots. Just shows how much love and compassion she has for her job and those coming to her. Recently, I went through the Driver’s Instruction program offered by the Rocky Mountain Driving School, and I must say that they are excellent to work with. Those on the staff were very flexible when I had to reschedule, and they treated me very kindly. Mr. Bitter, my driving instructor, was very patient, and he was great at raising my confidence behind the wheel. I found him easy to understand when he was explaining the various rules and maneuvers of driving, and I am glad that I was able to have him as my driving instructor. All in all, I highly recommend this driving school.
The instructor was amazing. She worked with my crazy chaotic and tight schedule. Some of the teachings were intense and not what I expected but she made sure I understood them. Drivers training was different with me than it was for my son. She explains everything, is polite, and gives great advice for the real test. Awesome job
Our oldest son went through the BW Driving program for his drivers education. We live 12 miles from Idaho Falls and Greg came out to our home to take our son to and from drives throughout the program. Stacie was super great to work with. We have many other kids and we will be using this group again.
I put this off for a really long time and when I finally decided to go it was a great choice. Darwin and Brian both made it super easy to be in the truck and had good advice all the way. And having to deal with a family emergency was a breeze with Emma and Lynn, they really mean it when they say they care about the process from start to finish. Can't thank them enough.
