“Apple Plumbing has done us a good job. 'Cept today when I called because of a pugged up kitchen drain at 4:15 pm on a Saturday. I received something like "All our (one?) agents are busy right now, leave a message." I did so and no reply received, although I expected this even though the internet says they are open until 6pm on Saturdays. I rather suspect the (one?) agent did not want any Saturday business but I'll never know. They have always been conscientious about their work so I will give benefit of doubt though it may be a difficult weekend for us.“
