After many problems with a prior Heatpump system, I called Brent at Liberty Heating and Air. We were most pleased with the professionalism and Honesty that he displayed. I went with his recommendation for a system. Brent is very Methodical in his troubleshooting techniques. Very Knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
We found our A/C was not working on a hot Saturday afternoon in August- Brent came out within an hour after contacting him. Very professional and diagnosed the problem within a few minutes. He had the part on his truck and soon we were back up and running cool air. He performed a courtesy check on our second A/C unit and replaced both air filters on the air handlers. Amazingly quick and professional. He came and repaired my AC unit same day during 100 degree heat. Very honest, replaced the broken part in less than 15 minutes.
