The technician dispatched, Erin, was very professional, knowledgeable, informative, and friendly. He figured out our furnace issue in less than 5 minutes! He also performed maintenance on our furnace, and gave us informed and helpful suggestions. I highly recommend Jim's Heating & Cooling for furnace care.
