After a big storm with heavy rainfall, our sump pump failed and we found our workshop filled with water. We initially called a different company who said the system need to be replaced and they estimated a couple thousand dollars. We decided to have Young look at it for another opinion. Cole came out and after a few minutes, got the system pumping water again. We have been so happy with the service we've received from Young.

We called Plumb Tech on a spur-of-the-moment, unexpected bump in the road during our shower remodel. Our contractor ran into a problem with the main water shutoff in our house and was unable to do anything more. In a haste, I called Plumb Tech and Jessie was super nice and understanding of our need. She was able to get Bryce out to our place at 7am the next morning to address the need. Bryce also did amazing and was very professional and nice. Bryce did his work in a very clean and timely manner. Excellent service all the way from our initial panic call to the end result.

Serviceman James opened our kitchen drain. The job was completed promptly. Only minimal cleanup was needed after the job was complete. James provided some tips on how reduce the chance of reoccurrence.
They were called at like 9am and were at our home by 10am, when every other company couldn't get us in without coming after hours for a double rate.
The employees were efficient and friendly, and they fixed our issue in less than an hour. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

After a major storm our office building had lost an electrical pole from the roof. Called Ryan's and explained our situation (pole had left large hole and water was pouring in) they had someone there in less than an hour and all the work done in a day. Very kind, efficient and friendly!! Would definitely recommend!!!!

Deitz Electric put in a new sub-panel, added a GFCI breaker to a bathroom, replaced an outdoor outlet with a new box cover and GFCI outlet, and swapped out an old sauna heater from the 70s, and removed 6 baseboard heaters. It took quite a while longer than the one planned day, due to other work they had to do, but they kept coming back till it was done and they made it look great. Appreciate the work guys, thanks!

Had Harris Cleaning out 5/29/25 for ductwork cleaning and we couldn’t be more impressed. They were thorough and did a fantastic job. They even helped tear my laundry room apart to make sure they got the dryer vent perfect, it was a total pain and they absolutely went the extra mile. I recently had Brandon and his crew replace the carpet and existing flooring with new wood flooring. We stayed here Saturday night, 8/30 after the Tim McGraw concert in Dyersville. I would highly recommend this hotel. Just 2 of us, 1 room, king size bed. Room, bathroom, hallway, & elevator was very clean. We were impressed as soon as we walked into the lobby downstairs. The best part…breakfast the next morning. Nothing huge…but absolutely perfect. Hot food was hot, very tasty. Waffles were amazing. Seriously Trey catered to everyone. The food attendant was very friendly, she kept everything filled, & CLEAN. Again…if you are in Waterloo for a stay…don’t pass this one up…it’s a good one. Safe, clean, good beds/pillows, personable staff, & great breakfast. High five to Best Western - downtown Waterloo. ?️
