“We called Plumb Tech on a spur-of-the-moment, unexpected bump in the road during our shower remodel. Our contractor ran into a problem with the main water shutoff in our house and was unable to do anything more. In a haste, I called Plumb Tech and Jessie was super nice and understanding of our need. She was able to get Bryce out to our place at 7am the next morning to address the need. Bryce also did amazing and was very professional and nice. Bryce did his work in a very clean and timely manner. Excellent service all the way from our initial panic call to the end result.

“I had a leak on my A-Coil/Evaporator coil due to a puncture and was sure I would have to replace the whole unit. I called Wilson's and several other spots, and got one other quote for repair that was about twice the price of Wilson's.
When I called Wilson's, I was initially given the Estimator's number but explained I wanted two quotes - one for repair and one for replacement. I left a voicemail for the Estimator and received a call back from Wilson's less than an hour later that they were able to be to my house within about 10 minutes to double-check whether it could be repaired. The technician who came was extremely laid back about the damage and how easy the repair would be. We talked through the age of the system (23 years old!) and any issues it'd had during my 6-year ownership which were minimal. He stated that it was COMPLETELY my decision whether I wanted to replace the unit but that the repair was easy enough and was a fraction of the cost, and that I could then put off actually replacing the unit until it was truly needed. I cannot say enough how thankful I am that this company did not see me as an easy profit and actually pushed the more cost effective solution. A full A/C replacement would have cost me about $5500.“
