Well versed in Sportsclips but this was my first time using the Waterloo location. I like the online check-in & sports on the TVs while waiting. I wasn't familiar with the stylists since it was my first visit but will be relocating to Waterloo for work & this location has friendly stylists and Anisa (Enisa?) got my cut done just how I like it. Always get the MVP, its worth it!!! Scented hot towel, massage chair, scalp massage/shampoo & back massage gun. I also shot 2 outta 3 with their free throw game for 2 chances to win some free products! Didn't need any product but they carry the tea tree & Mitchell products I've always purchased at other Sportsclips locations. Enjoyed...read full review

Very pleased. I'll upload photos before and after.Walk in experience was very good. First time we've been there.Especially not having an appointment for my son. They had him in the chair within 5 min. Showed Cedrick a photo what my son wanted. Cedrick delivered 🙌. My son and I are very pleased. He was given the full package wash,warm towel, and massage gun .Diffently going back.

I waited 3 hrs here and was checked online in store. We put done 1st available person to cut hair. Every person came in came before us. Then the waiting minutes keep going down then up. Being push ahead then back. It ridiculous to be waiting that long for a hair cut really!
