They were called at like 9am and were at our home by 10am, when every other company couldn't get us in without coming after hours for a double rate.
The employees were efficient and friendly, and they fixed our issue in less than an hour. I would strongly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services.

They go way above and beyond what they have to I say that because they literally saved our house from burning down all because the technician was a person that is very good at attention to detail. We always have them do everything and we are always happy with results. We been doing business with them since 2018 and will only call them! always 100% satisfied

Leaving a review based on a recent experience, however, I want to give Bergen at least three stars because they have done great work on different work on our home in the past! My only reason for leaving this review is a lack of communication. My partner had an appointment scheduled for the time slot of 12PM-4PM and it was a complete no-call, no-show. This not only wasted his time, as he used his own PTO to take a half day off work to be available in that time range since they couldn’t narrow it down. 4PM rolled around...read full review
