Great work, communication and reliability. From the beginning everything was handled well. Reasonable estimate, punctual timing and follow through (very rare for a contractor) and quality workmanship. Started and finished the job on schedule and brought the old hardwood floors back to life.
These guys did a phenomenal job on our walnut hardwood floor repair and I gave them several challenges. I had a gel spill that seeped into the wood and joints and I tried a YouTube DIY repair myself which only made it worse. For some jobs you just need to call in the professionals. Wayne and his brother are definitely professionals. We have an open floor plan and they were tasked to refinish only part of the area which meant they needed to first correct my mistakes and then match the new finish with the old. I'll say it again. These two brothers are real craftsmen who learned the trade by apprenticing with their father Larry. We had them refinish our living room floor about 20 years ago and they still look amazing. We recently had them do an upstairs bedroom and found that they still do excellent work. Wade and his brother stayed right on schedule, and always texted and updated with the time they would be coming. They are very professional in their work and communication, and do an outstanding job of refinishing hardwood floors. I highly recommend this company!
