They offer prompt service, even for emergency cases, and put fearful patients at ease. The ladies made a new patient feel relaxed and comfortable, welcoming them in and taking time to explain each step and procedure. All of the staff are top-notch, caring, thorough, and professional. Dr. Emma is especially good with little ones with anxiety. Customers always have a positive experience, with staff taking their time, listening, and being thorough. This place has made going to the dentist almost enjoyable, that’s saying a lot for someone who has been scared of the dentist for years. The staff is so professional but also so friendly, they make you feel at ease. They are very good at getting me in right away and making sure that my insurance is going to pay for what I have done. That is great for me being a new patient just recently.
