Employees are nice and friendly, pricing is fair, but the equipment (tanning beds) seem a little outdated. Their add-ons are amazing: sauna is awesome to get a good sweat on, hydromassager hits all the right spots, the body shaper kind of feels like the old-school belt machine your grandmother had in the basement. Not sure if it works or not. If I could go 4.5 Stars I would!
Stopped in today during my lunch hour and the staff member was amazing! She offered me the new instant bed with red therapy and then showed me how to use it (talk about bells and whistles)!! I normally go to the Cedar Falls location as its closer to me but this week I will definitely be going to the Waterloo one for the pleasant staff and new bed!!

Been going here for a while and always had fine service, no issues. Today a lady in front of me in line was horrible to one of the staff members. (Wish I knew her name. She was shorter and blonde.) the customer was ripping into her and cussing her out and the staff member maintained her composure and was very respectful despite the horrible treatment. Great service!
