Superior service at a fair price. My basement floor drain was backing up. I couldn't use any plumbing on the first floor of my house without flooding the basement. I tried several things on my own with no luck on clearing the clog. I called on Monday morning and by 10:30 am I had a technician at my house. Tyler was professional, polite and efficient. In 45 minutes he had my plumbing clear and moving again. $135 was worth the fix!

We had a problem with our basement drains on a late Friday night before the Holidays. James arrived and worked very hard that night and the next morning, eventually fixing a complex problem. He was friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and thorough. I highly recommend Drain Doctor (and James) to anyone with drain problems...everything will be done well!

Our experience with Drain Doctor and their professional, curtious team was nothing less than excellent. We really appreciate how Tyler and his team assisted us by promptly addressing and fixing our basement drain issue.
