Serviceman James opened our kitchen drain. The job was completed promptly. Only minimal cleanup was needed after the job was complete. James provided some tips on how reduce the chance of reoccurrence.
April 16, 2026. I’d like to let everyone know if you are in need of a plumber to call Drain Doctor and ask for James. He is outstanding in his work. He’s very caring. He’s kind, he’s thoughtful. He explains what he’s doing. Why he’s doing it, and when he leaves, he has cleaned his mess up and made sure that everything is working. So on that note, if you’re needing a good plumber and one that cares about his job and the quality of work that he does, James is your man. If I could give 10 stars, I would.
Would I call him again? Most definitely. He knows what he’s doing, and he doesn’t waste any time.
