I am so happy I found Dr. Tate after my brain injury. After many months of many different drs, different meds and treatments, it wasn’t until I started seeing Dr. Tate that my head pain, vertigo and headaches started to lessen and eventually disappeared pretty much completely. Dr. Tate and his staff were always so kind and supportive along my journey to getting my health back. Dr. Tate was so patient with me and gave me honest feedback and advice relating to my recovery. Dr. Tate always explained things in ways that weren’t complicated to follow and I felt that he treated his patients with the kind of care that isn’t always present with all health care providers today. I would highly recommend Dr. Tate and the Atlas Specific Spine Center to others with injuries similar to mine!

I normally go to a "no frills" kind of place but I had a gift certificate so decided to splurge for my birthday. I went all out-75 minute massage + foot soak + hot stones + peppermint scalp massage. I had some issues booking online from my phone but when I called I had no issues at all. The receptionist was really professional and easy to talk to-I was very confident in scheduling my appointment. There is a form that needs to be filled out prior to the appointment. Pretty standard but what I was impressed with is that my therapist 100% read it. She asked me about some things I wrote. I expected to reiterate some things but she came in super prepared. The receptionist was really welcoming and asked if I could do my foot soak first. That was totally fine. Rachel was my therapist and she was so great! She checked in frequently on the pressure and it was a super amazing massage. Afterwards I went back to the relaxation room and tea was provided. I honestly could have stayed there for hours. Highly recommend coming here and although it is pricey, it is 100% worth the money. From the phone call to the actual massage, to the relaxation room-you definitley get what you pay for. I am totally fine paying less and doing a standard massage so I wouldn't be a regular here. But I definitely think the experience is worth splurging on for special occasions.

Lovely massage. Kate took time to understand what I needed and my preferences before starting, and did a great job navigating injury areas. Her studio is also very comfortable and I liked that it's not in a fully dark, windowless room (as most other massages I e had have been) so you don't feel disoriented emerging back into the light!
Tacoma had hard water spots from failed drip system in yard, sprayed entire truck which sat and baked in the sun for a week. Jonah was very communicative, timely and efficient. Did an outstanding job on a ten year old finish. Looks extremely clean, very impressed...

We worked with BJ and his experienced team to renovate our home in Honokaa. They took our beige 90s home and brought it into the current century. BJ and Amy were able to guide us in our design choices and gave us some good supplier recommendations for the renovation. They finished our project in a couple months and it looked great at the end! They took a wall down in our kitchen and turned it into my dream waterfall edge island. Our bathroom is now a spa I look forward to using daily. The carpet is all gone and replaced with nice LVP from Floor Coverings HI. After we moved in we noticed a small leak and a few paint spots that needed a touch up. They fixed the problems right away! I had the most amazing massage experience with Kaiulani. She was highly recommended by a friend who is a longtime client. I’m so grateful for that, because this was one of the best massages I’ve ever had! I especially appreciate the extra time she spent talking with me prior to the massage, to really get a feel for my needs and former body injuries- it was a fantastic experience overall. I felt so great the next day, and still do! Oftentimes after a massage, I feel a little bruised and sore the next couple days and my muscles tighten back up- but I felt none of that! I even told my husband I felt so refreshed and even less tired! My problematic areas (shoulder and back muscles) are more relaxed and haven’t had any headaches since. I also truly appreciate the extra health and safety precautions Kaiulani takes. I am only here on the island for a short time, but I would come back regularly if I could and recommend her to everyone who wants to experience a true healing for their body.
My body hasn't felt this relaxed in ages! Amber found and worked the areas that I didn't even know were tight. The aroma therapy treatment was perfect and not over powering. I tried the cupping for the first time and Amber did a great job of explaining the treatment and its benefits. Lastly, I did the foot sugar scrub treatment, which was AMAZING!! My feet feel so soft and it was like a mini sauna/spa treatment for my feet. I highly recommend Amber at Le Manaia Massage. She is not only amazing at what she does, she is the sweetest human ever!
A truly blissful experience! Jacy is very skilled and she really took the time to find out about my problem areas and then made them disappear. I've had several massages on the Big Island and this was by far the best experience.
John is great! He really takes time to massage the soreness out. My husband has an injury and after one treatment he felt so much better we have been coming ever since. Place is clean abd quite. Very nice people and professional and I would recommend!

Took our 2 dogs here for the first time on 2/17/2023. From the start we knew we liked this clinic. From the front staff to the vet support staff to Dr. Ishizu all were exceptional! Each member that we interacted with listened to what we said, responded with information and/or understanding and caring. We would recommend this clinic to anyone new to the area or, as was our situation, looking for a new vet for their furry loved ones.

Dr. Pickerill saved our young pups life! I live in Volcano and drove the two hours because there weren’t any other emergency clinics answering or taking in emergency cases even in Hilo. I’m so incredibly grateful to her and her team. She is a healer and an incredible Dr. with a kind and dedicated spirit to her work and the animals she cares for. She is a gem I would highly recommend her!

Well, I won, so there’s that. Communication was some times lacking but things were getting taken care of. I just felt out of the loop often. Robert would give advice, but would also allow me the freedom to go against his advice if felt strongly enough about my position. Always very professional.
We went here for a Luau. Neat place. They have fish swimming in ponds along the walking paths inside the hotel!Also, one of the only places in Hawaii where you can find soap in the bathroom... IDK why that's a Hawaii thing? They have fresh nmgand towels to use in the bathroom too, not just paper towels, but TOWEL TOWELS!I guess that's the kind of service you are provided with at a fancy place like this.NGL, I can't imagine paying $1000+ a night to stay here. Don't get me wrong, it's an absolutely gorgeous place and has tons of amenities. But 3 nights here cost the same as 14 nights in a whole home rental right across the street from the ocean. People who stay here must use $ for toilet paper at home

Such a great place! We just stopped by to check it out and saw so much good stuff- boots, belts, shirts, jeans, and all sorts of other things. If you looking for western wear, this is the place to go for a good assortment of both function and fashion. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The lady there was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
Mymy fixed my very thick acrylic done at another nearby nail salon, it looked so bad. She reshaped them to look oh so natural and got myself this fun French. I will never go to anyone again. She books fast so call a few days in advance. They have a cancellation policy so do respect that. They don't take walk ins and are on the up and up about social distancing and sanitizing
