It is my first time to try Supercuts. Susan did great! I showed her a picture of how I want my hair to look like and she did it really good. She was very gentle with handling and cutting my hair which my hair loves. I will definitely go back to her!
Chelsea really emphasizes customer satisfaction! And I like the way she cuts my hair! The only thing keeping me from a 5☆ rating is the time constraint SC puts on the service providers i.e. stylists! Since I have a full head of hair, I get the idea that 20 minutes just isn't adequate time to cut my hair, although Chelsea does give it her best effort
The online reservation system was very user friendly. Receptionist was efficient and very helpful. Suzy was very thorough with my haircut. Next time I will definitely ask for Suzy and will pay extra to get blow dry.
