I have been to many chiropractors and none of them spend as much time on you as Dr Nick and his team. The treatments last an hour to an hour and a half or more. They spend a lot of time relaxing the muscles before going in and adjusting the vertebrae. Not only does this feel amazing, it is so important for the body to be able to hold the adjustment. He uses many modalities to help with pain relief and muscle relaxation. His ultrasound machine is really a miracle worker. He has also relieved me of a frozen shoulder when my doctor thought I had torn my rotator cuff and referred me to surgery. I could not even hold my cell phone, it was so painful. After five days straight of seeing Dr Nick, the pain was completely gone. He's also saved me from a severely strained lower back, which had me bedridden for two weeks. Again, other doctor just wanted to give me drugs and surgery, but Dr Nick really puts his all into making you feel better and I was a new person after five days! Dr Nick and his team truly care and are a great asset to this community!

Going into a Gym that not only has amazing Machines, Free weights, Awesome Staff, Lockers, Showers, Sauna etc.. & its just CLEAN, makes you always want to come back for a workout. & the amenities you get as a Member, Wow!!Love it

I highly recommend their massages and if you can set-up a time with Serena (LMT), I urge you to do so. She has helped me in major way after only 2 to 3 sessions with my messed up upper back and neck. The approach taken here is definitely holistic and thorough and I'm looking forward to my next session.

We had a great Hatha yoga session with Estelle at Paniolo Greens. Her yoga practice focuses not only on the physical stretching exercises but also on purposeful breathing to relax the mind. A nice balance of yoga poses for both the mind and body. Estelle is a very positive instructor. If you are in the area you should attend a class. It will give you a great start to your day.
