- Kim’s numerous regular clients will attest that Kim is happy to serve everyone. The reviewer only appeared on one occasion, at which time Kim informed her that she was completely booked. The salon operates by appointment only, although on rare occasions walk-ins may be accommodated.
- Kim does not employ more than one person, so there would not have been three technicians in the salon.
- The salon, equipment, and all facilities are maintained with a consistently high level of hygiene.
- I have been Kim’s customer every two weeks for over 22 years. As mentioned earlier, I know that Kim does not practice any type of preferential or discriminatory treatment toward anyone.
- I believe “Evette Evette’s” review is unwarranted and unfair. Furthermore, their lack of punctuation throughout the piece suggests strongly that it is a bogus review.“

Totally recommend her services if you’re looking for cute, good quality nails. “The Nail Palace is my Favorite Nail Salon on the Big Island of Hawaii and I've been to quite a few others.
Mary is a fabulous artist, she's quick but she's meticulous, she takes the time to do a great job, her work is Always Clean and she has a gentle touch. I know if ever I didn't like something uncle would schedule me back in quickly and Mary would fix it.
I've come back here several times and they are quite personable, they make me feel like they actually care about me as a person, not just another client.
I leave the Nail Palace feeling like I'm ready to be a Princess.
