My favorite part of these guys is how honest and transparent they are about their services. They asked me for pics and a video, and they were able to provide a rough estimate over Yelp messaging. I discovered the leak at about 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. By 10:30 Monday morning, I had an appointment with Albert. By 12:00 NOON my water heater was fixed! Awwwwrite ! Mahalo to Albert and Keiko. “535 Plumbing did an outstanding job. I called them out for a clogged drain and a toilet issue, and they didn't stop until everything was completely fixed. They snaked the drain and found the culprit — a small rag that had gotten stuck — and also replaced the wax ring on my toilet to fix the leak.
What really impressed me was their persistence and attention to detail; they made sure the job was done right instead of just doing a quick patch. On top of that, they were super respectful and professional the whole time, and cleaned everything up before they left — you'd never know a repair had even happened.

“Years ago, Blane and his working partner did a fantastic job at redoing/fixing our water heaters which a previous plumber had messed up. It was definitely a job well done!
Recently, our heater wasn't connecting with our PV so I spoke to Blane and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He waited patiently on the phone while I followed his instructions in our process of figuring out the issue. We realized it was an electrical outlet issue! Since we were able to figure it out over the phone, Blane helped to save me money! I had actually called another company by accident while trying to find Performance Plumbing and they said they needed to come up to our house to figure it out even after I had sent them a picture. They didn't even try to see if could be an electrical problem!

“We wanted to remodel our condo eventually & came across Lin Construction. Mr Lin and Megan ( manager) came out to greet us and they were very attentive especially Megan who know I am pressing for times this time around. She asked me what my preferences were and suggested to look at cabinets/ flooring at couple of different places. She took her times to meet us there and trying to find the style I am after. At the end we went to a custom cabinet place to see if my vision can become a reality and now I am waiting for a quote to see how much it will cost. Since I am not in a hurry and have learned a lot from the people on the island is to make sure all the supplies are there before work will start and that including all the appliances. Will update this post once I reach out to Megan again most likely in January before we can really starting to seriously redoing our condo since our daughter and family there for her schooling and she won't be done until June of next year“
