“was in the middle of taking a shower early evening and heard toilet started "bubbling" which i already new my main sewer line is clogged and started to back up ! company i used to use years ago for same problem didn't have "anyone available" to clear/snake the main line, called another company went to voice mail - both companies listed businesses as 24/7. then called AAP spoke to Greg who was really helpful , took all info and will have someone out to my house w/ETA 30 - 40 minutes. about 35 minutes later Ty arrives, very friendly and knowledgeable, snaked out the main line and was free flowing again ! $$$ BUT i understand its an emergency and in the evening & i WASN'T about to call # after # to no answers to no tech available to do "that" call back in the AM ‍ AAP was the 1st one said we have someone available be there about 30 minutes . and if this ever happens again (hopefully not soon i hope) i will call AAP again , job well done“

“These guys are great. I called the yesterday because our office toilets were backing up. Dayton answered and said he will have someone out between 1-3pm THE SAME DAY (I called at 11am). Sure enough 1:30pm i receive a text from their tech Saying he’s on the way. When arrived he was quick and sharp. Was able to get our toilets woking properly.Would definitely recommend this company.
