“Years ago, Blane and his working partner did a fantastic job at redoing/fixing our water heaters which a previous plumber had messed up. It was definitely a job well done!
Recently, our heater wasn't connecting with our PV so I spoke to Blane and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He waited patiently on the phone while I followed his instructions in our process of figuring out the issue. We realized it was an electrical outlet issue! Since we were able to figure it out over the phone, Blane helped to save me money! I had actually called another company by accident while trying to find Performance Plumbing and they said they needed to come up to our house to figure it out even after I had sent them a picture. They didn't even try to see if could be an electrical problem!

“I live in a 50+ year old hi-rise condo in Honolulu. I had a leaking toilet tank and they replaced the bowl gasket. I also had them replace an old toilet fill valve. They take the time to make sure everything is working properly after fixing. The plumbers are very courteous explaining everything to you. They did a great job cleaning up after the work. My favorite part of these guys is how honest and transparent they are about their services. They asked me for pics and a video, and they were able to provide a rough estimate over Yelp messaging. I discovered the leak at about 10:30 PM on a Sunday night. By 10:30 Monday morning, I had an appointment with Albert. By 12:00 NOON my water heater was fixed! Awwwwrite ! Mahalo to Albert and Keiko. “About 5 weeks ago, I got a quote from Steve's Plumbing for 31k to do my exterior line that needed to be replaced. Prestige Plumbing introduced me to a mason who did the trenching and put an awesome cement path on top of fixed my exterior plumbing. “We wanted to remodel our condo eventually & came across Lin Construction. Mr Lin and Megan ( manager) came out to greet us and they were very attentive especially Megan who know I am pressing for times this time around. She asked me what my preferences were and suggested to look at cabinets/ flooring at couple of different places. She took her times to meet us there and trying to find the style I am after. At the end we went to a custom cabinet place to see if my vision can become a reality and now I am waiting for a quote to see how much it will cost. Since I am not in a hurry and have learned a lot from the people on the island is to make sure all the supplies are there before work will start and that including all the appliances. Will update this post once I reach out to Megan again most likely in January before we can really starting to seriously redoing our condo since our daughter and family there for her schooling and she won't be done until June of next year“
