I’m happy to have found Waialae Plumbing. I had an issue with a pipe that connects to my tankless water heater. Matt was really great at explaining how the system works with all the surrounding pipes. Everything Matt spoke about was actually communicated to the Technician, Demytri, that came out to do the repair. Demytri was early to the appointment which made my day! He was professional, well mannered, and prepared. His work was clean and thorough and he walked me through the details of his work. Most importantly, he fixed the problem! Thank you Demytri!
