535 Plumbing did an outstanding job. I called them out for a clogged drain and a toilet issue, and they didn't stop until everything was completely fixed. They snaked the drain and found the culprit — a small rag that had gotten stuck — and also replaced the wax ring on my toilet to fix the leak.
What really impressed me was their persistence and attention to detail; they made sure the job was done right instead of just doing a quick patch. On top of that, they were super respectful and professional the whole time, and cleaned everything up before they left — you'd never know a repair had even happened.

Garlic and Alma were a great team and reminded me of a dad/son or grandfather/grandson relationship. They got along well and I felt very comfortable with them. They explained everything they were doing and Alma even cleaned up the years of dust my old heater left. They were very respectful and polite. Garic was very patient in repeating directions of how the flush the water heater in the future as I wrote down and took pictures to aid my memory. The water heated nicely after while doing dishes and shower
Jaron and Garic responded very quickly to my request for replacement of 'frozen' and corroding cold and hot water shutoff valves so that I could install a new washing machine in my home. (And I was impressed that their photos and bios were texted to me by 535 a few minutes before their arrival.) They made a great team, were friendly and respectful in introducing themselves, and clear in explaining the nature of the work that they would be doing. Amazingly they completed their work in only half an hour. Plumbing work is always expensive, but their professionalism and the quality of their work was worth every penny spent.
