I contacted Josiah and left a message. He got back to me within minutes! I told him the problems at my mom’s house & we scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 9am. (It wasn’t an urgent issue) He promptly came to my mom’s house, looked at the problems, gave an estimated & started working! He’s very knowledgeable, professional & treated us like family!!! If you ever have any plumbing issues, give Josiah a call!!!

Reviews
We had a hand full of quotes to repair our main waterline ranging from 3k up to 10k! We decided to go with United Drain Techs because they had the best price, they are very knowledgeable and they said they could have it done in a day. The work required trenching and digging. Even through heavy rains the job was finished within their estimated time frame. Aside from the mud (which is understandable) they left our yard looking like no work was done. Over all, Josiah and the team worked diligently to resolve our issue and restored our water supply. If you want a plumber that really cares for their customers, look no further. We will definitely call them for ALL of our plumbing… read full review
