I always call Furuta, especially during my annual Christmas emergencies. The plumbers are wonderful—responsive, professional & effective. Today Kristopher replaced my kitchen garbage disposal. He was on time, neat & got the job done quickly. He even gave me a tutorial on troubleshooting in the future.
Jourdan was the plumber sent to my home and he was fantastic! He provided good customer service and made me feel comfortable. He did a thorough job and explained everything to me. Plumbing issues stress me out and he really made me feel at ease and that I could trust him. I plan to request him on any future jobs. I hope Furuta does all that they can to take care of him as an employee.
Kyle Vallesteros was courteous professional and prompt. He did a great job on my water heater and fixed my pipes really well. I love that guy. I envy his wife and want to have his children.
