Jourdan was the plumber sent to my home and he was fantastic! He provided good customer service and made me feel comfortable. He did a thorough job and explained everything to me. Plumbing issues stress me out and he really made me feel at ease and that I could trust him. I plan to request him on any future jobs. Kekai of Furuta Plumbing was excellent. He was very personable, professional and especially very immaculate with keeping the place clean. Kekai installed a new gas water heater and he made sure everything was perfectly lined up for the waterlines and the exhaust vent. After attaching the gas line to the heater, he made sure there were no gas leaks.
