5 stars to Joseph from Roto-Rooter!! Well communicated, and very knowledge with what has happen. We already knew where the flood/leak was coming from. We showed him the pipes that was located underneath our house. Joseph investigated the issue, then the next day he fixed the issue within couple hours and now there is no leak coming from our kitchen. Now we can go back to normal and not worry about any leaks or flood! I would recommend Joseph again from Roto-Rooter and will definitely contact him if we have any plumbing issues.
