“I read a few of the reviews, and I was worried when Yamaz was assigned as my plumber through AHS. I called on Saturday, and was told I would be contacted on the next business day. Monday, 9am, my phone rings and Yama says he is on his way after he asked what was wrong. Being a broke-chanic, I guessed wax ring on my toilet causing a leak. Yame came within the hour with a wax ring ready to remove and replace. He immediately recognized that the leak was coming from the gasket between the water tank and the bowl. He told me that he did not have the gasket for that toilet, and that he would go and get it and call me when he was in his way back from Waipahu. He called an hour later and said that Waipahu did not have it and he would have to drive to town to get the gasket. He asked if I could wait until first thing tomorrow. I agreed. Tuesday 0900, Yama calls, says he is on the way, there by 0930. Remove and replaced the seal with a stainless steel gasket instead of rubber because it is a better gasket and will last the life of the toilet. He was out after completing the job in less than an hour. Great work, great service, and a genuine nice guy. Enjoy the pickled onion bruddah Yama!“

“Years ago, Blane and his working partner did a fantastic job at redoing/fixing our water heaters which a previous plumber had messed up. It was definitely a job well done!
Recently, our heater wasn't connecting with our PV so I spoke to Blane and he was able to troubleshoot over the phone. He waited patiently on the phone while I followed his instructions in our process of figuring out the issue. We realized it was an electrical outlet issue! Since we were able to figure it out over the phone, Blane helped to save me money! I had actually called another company by accident while trying to find Performance Plumbing and they said they needed to come up to our house to figure it out even after I had sent them a picture. They didn't even try to see if could be an electrical problem!
I thank God for Blane and his plumbing company! In addition, his office manager was so professional and kind! I will definitely call them in the future for my plumbing needs! May the Lord bless Performance Plumbing!?. They surely had blessed us with their time and expertise!“
