Eligh and Jakob completed the job efficiently each time, despite the many surprises that come with working in an older building for Jakob, and he never once complained about making multiple trips up to our fourth-floor walk-up. Excellent service! Jacob was friendly and very professional. My bathtub was always backing up and causing standing water. After Jacob cleared the backup, he went the extra mile and didn't hesitate to investigate further and went under the house to check the pipes...the previous plumber didn't do that and left an obstruction in the pipe which was the cause for the continuing back up. It was something that should have been detected by the previous plumber.

Had a smart toilet installed in my condo by Jakob. He did a phenomenal job. Thoroughly explained the job itself, common issues and solutions, and did the work fairly quickly. He showed up with all the tools necessary and disposed of my old toilet as well. Highly recommend this local company.
