We’ve used their services several times, and they’ve never disappointed. Cassandra is always incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. Eligh and Jakob completed the job efficiently each time, despite the many surprises that come with working in an older building for Jakob, and he never once complained about making multiple trips up to our fourth-floor walk-up. We truly appreciate the excellent service and hard work from both of them. Thank you very much!
Excellent service! Jacob was friendly and very professional. My bathtub was always backing up and causing standing water. After Jacob cleared the backup, he went the extra mile and didn't hesitate to investigate further and went under the house to check the pipes...the previous plumber didn't do that and left an obstruction in the pipe which was the cause for the continuing back up. It was something that should have been detected by the previous plumber.
Highly recommend!!
