I only leave reviews when my experience is either exceptional or horrendous. In the case of The Gate 5 Barber Shop, my experience was phenomenal. Twan was extremely professional and attentive. Unlike my previous barber, Twan actually catered my haircut to me and not his idea of what I wanted. Before I departed from the chair, I was certain that I would return. The shop has a vintage feel to it; reminding me of when I use to go to the barbershop as a child in the 90s.
My son’s barber is top notch. My son is on the spectrum and his barber is very patient with him. Very clean and family oriented atmosphere. Stop by and ask for Willie.

I dropped a desk on my toe two days before vacation. I have a very bruised toe and they took the time to work around it. She was extremely gentle and took her time. I had an amazing experience with Madison today! I called yesterday and she had an availability for the very next day. I came in with long thick hair, let her know I wanted to donate it, and she gave me all the info on where it was going. I didn't give her very much information to work with as far as what I wanted for my hair, just that I needed to be able to tie it back, and she delivered a killer cut that I absolutely love and it's perfect for this hot weather. I feel like I lost ten pounds off my head, it's such a relief.

Shana is an awesome stylist. She is on time and takes 1 client at a time. So, all of her focus is on you. I keep my style simple and usually get 2 strand twists with my own hair, but she is able to do just about anything with any type of hair.

Receptionist lady was very nice and I didn't mind workers not bothering to speak to us when they arrived because I trusted them enough to get the work done. Problem is they scraped up some pole lines, our water in our whole house is now not working and won't come on and they are saying they are not plumbers so we will have to take care of that including financially and left it at that. He also lied and said he knocked on our door to communicate the issue but my son and I are home and watched them most of the time because hes a toddler who loves trucks which is how i saw them scraping up pole lines. Left trash at the hole in our back yard which is such a pet peeve. Edited to add and change 2 stars to 4. Guy came back that night, he was nice but couldn't fix it. Next day crew came to fix broken/cut pipes and now we have water again. Guy explained he knocked on back door not the front. I really appreciate them fixing the issue as we all make mistakes. Foreman or whoever Guy was, was nice about it. Thank you!

Approximately two weeks ago, they came out to repair my washing machine. The technician told me I had a worn out belt. They did not have the part on the truck, but he told me he would be back in an hour and replace the belt. He returned within an hour and headed up and running. Great service

Nadeah and Leanne restored my hope in cleaning services! After previous experiences that fell short of my expectations, these two incredible women exceeded them in every way. With a newborn at home, cleaning hasn't been my top priority, and I felt embarrassed about the state of my house. However, they were so kind and understanding, making me feel at ease. I expected this task to take all day, but they completed it in under four hours. In that time they also cleaned and cleared out my fridge, disposing of expired food, and organized my pantry beautifully (which I was not expecting) washed my dishes, mopped, vacuumed and cleaned my 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath home Their work was truly exceptional, and I will definitely be using their services again!

As much as I hate to see it go, it was a hazard to our property. His team came in and had the Tree down within minutes. They did their due diligence and cleaned everything up as if they were never there. His 45+ years of experience is second to none. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

This was my first visit to have a small procedure done. Dr. Loden and her assistant kept me informed and relaxed throughout the procedure. I was very impressed with the latest instruments used to expedite the visit. I was very impressed with the visit and looking forward to further more visits.

Dr pool always explains everything to me with such patience. His dental hygienist are so careful and gentle. His front office staff are prompt. I am self employed and work by appointment. They always get me right in. They never make me wait. I love it here!

Dr. Butler and his team are miracle workers! They know how to treat immediate pain, like after a car accident, but also help with other issues like neuropathy ( not every other chiropractor can do this!). He has helped me personally and I’m grateful.

Renovation Chiropractic is the best Chiropractic office i have been to in the Warner Robins area. The staff is always extremely friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. The doctors are also very friendly, polite, and knowledgeable, and really care about getting to know their patients and building a relationship with them to better understand their Chiropractic needs.
Our elderly cat began suddenly having urinary issues. Southwood was able to get us in same day with Dr. Lieske, a new provider to us. She was wonderful! Thorough, appropriate care. She called with lab results as she had said she would. I have never been disappointed with Southwood.
Found a stray cat at work and decided to keep it I came to this vet and they were so attentive and even stayed a lil late until my lil kitty was taken care of.
I just came across Southwood when my sister's dog got out and unfortunately got hit by a car... The authorities took her to Southwood and they rendered care of her injuries ..broken hip.. and injured leg... As my sister found her, she was coming out of surgery at Southwood and what a wonderful job they did! They took great care of her and she has healed wonderfully!
So I decided to take Mike. Extremely allergic allergy baby shih Tzu to them after 8 years of extreme allergy breakouts, ups and downs back and forth ear infection after ear infection. And finally after 8 years we found a great regimen together and we have great for 3 months now !! I'm ecstatic !
And I also took My boxer Poney to Southwood last week Poney had recently started having seizures but with a safe small dose of meds..everyone's doing great now! No breakouts, no seizures! And I can't say Thank you enough. I appreciate the staff at Southwood animal hospital! They have been a wonderful hand in helping me maintain a happy and healthy fur family.. Greatly recommend!
This is the ONLY PLACE that would help us with a wounded feral kitten with shelter/ boarding until it could be fixed.
My 15 year old Chihuahua was at end of life but still fighting. The staff was compassionate and understanding when I told them "as long as he is fighting I will fight with him". When time came that he could fight no more they held me as I cried and said good bye. Cheeka was awesome as Chihuahua whisperer. Dr. Pace and Gentry were amazing. For someone who travels for a living I was lucky to find them. Thanks Town and Country my next vet's as I travel are going to be held to a much higher standard. God bless y'all.
finding the right vet for your babies is not easy, but once i came here for the first time i knew this was the only place i would go for future needs. you can tell they truly are trying to help and not charge a crazy amount for your appointment/ meds needed. dr. dorough has been so kind and helpful each time i have brought my dog here and relieved all of my stress. they are affordable, kind, helpful, and quick! i highly recommend this office for your babies. I was a walk-in and asked for a 1 hour deep tissue massage. The Massage Therapist was very helpful taking me to the room and showing me were to hang my clothes and explain to me once undress how to lay on the table with shee over me. During the massage, she keep asking if it was to hard or not and if I had trouble spots. It was the best massage I had in years.
I went back to Jade massage today. What an extremely amazing event. I saw Anna Again, and the massage was absolutely perfect. Every time I’m in the area I will stop and see. I don’t even mind driving a few extra miles to go see her.
I would also like to mention that the place is always clean and inviting!
