Response time was like 20 minutes from the time I ended the call. Mr. Keith got in fast, but not too fast, thankfully, because it gave me some time to hang out and converse with Rocky the Lock Dog. Mr. Keith even showed me features on my car I didn't know about--ones that would prevent me from having to call again. It was crystal clear to me that he is an honest and ethical businessman who just wants help people in need like me. Lots of respect...And he undercut the competition by 20 bucks and arrived faster than the ETA they gave me. It was just an outstanding experience!
