One stylist provides honest answers and advice, helping clients with a plan ranging from simple to worst case. They focus on going back to simple basics to help, not just to make a sale. Tiffany is your person for honest hair answers and advice. I am at the age when your hair starts to get a mind of its own, but I had also not been kind to my hair in the past few years. I was showing what I thought was damage beyond repair and everything I tried seemed to make it worse. Unfortunately, I do not live close to Tiffany anymore, but she graciously still talked me out of the Google black hole, had me explain everything I had done to my hair, how and when it had started to change, and gave me a plan that ranged from simple to worst case. I started with the simple and got results immediately! She was right, age is part of it and she was honest about that, didn’t try to play it off and tell me to just stay out of the sun after living in the south for 25 years! But what impressed me was instead of trying to get me to buy something to “fix it”, she had me go back to simple basics and start eliminating things.
