John was very polite and seemed to be very knowledgeable. He fixed the problem and was in and out at a descent time. I thought it was a little pricey but I haven't had anything repaired in a while so what do i know. I didn't think to ask if you gave senior discounts as me and my husband are both in our 70's. My bad!!!
