Knox is a great company!! I had a small issues with the siding of my house where I figured there was a few drops of pest control that just got sprayed on it accidentally and when I called the Regional Sales Manager he was here in the next day. Now let me just say how many cooperate businesses would have come out to check on a small issue like that!! I praise them highly and the man who came out was Billy Sheffield and he is the nicest person.Please give this company a try..... if you are not with them already... I promise you they are family owned and are considerate of their customers!!

Walker did an amazing job when he came to my house! He was so through, kind, and communicative with the process. It’s such a stressful situation, so it’s nice to have someone so caring assisting. Thanks Walker!

Knox pest control you have an A1 wildlife employee in Jeff , he very professional an well spoken. He came 3 times, I called once when trap was missing he came next day.Roof rat was still alive so he couldn't get him. Said he would be here Friday 15th an get him . He got him an set trap in case of another one. I would recommend Jeff to anyone that I knew that had a problem . Thanks Jeff and Billy for sending Jeff!!
