I think their customer service is absolutely horrible. I had them service my yard for 6 years. Weed Man stoping coming this year because they I had a balance due on my account for three weeks in August, the same thing happened a few years ago but the small balance due was at the end if the year which was completely understood that would not continue services into a new year on an account with a balance. This time when they stopped coming and they were completely rude, there was zero accountability and lied and stated that I never called them to verify my account was a zero balance. As far as there services go, not terrible but expensive.

We've been using them for our lawn fertilization and weed control treatments for years. They do a great job and are reasonably priced. Also very responsive if you call with a specific problem. Highly recommended!!

I have been using Weed Man services for about 9 months. The grass has always been nice and green and healthy. Now that the seasons have changed and the grass has turned brown I can really see the benefits of the service. I have zero weeds in my yard and several yards around me who don’t have the service have green weeds all over their yard. I am a happy client.
