The friendly team shows compassion in difficult times, following up with clients to ensure their well-being. Clients, including those who travel for a living, trust the clinic, driving hours for follow-up care. The staff members are described as awesome and patient, even when overworked, helping stressed pets like Yoshi to calm down and receive excellent care. While the prices might be a little high, the clinic is known for its compassionate approach, as evidenced by the warm hug provided by Dr. Cyr during the passing of a beloved 18-year-old cat, Mollie.
I hauled a friend's horse to Town & Country. It was a Sunday emergency, Dr Rowan was great. She and her assistant were very welcoming and took very good care of my friend's horse. The bill was very, very reasonable for and emergency call. I will definitely use them for my horses when I need veterinary services.
Dr. S, is a really great vet! You can tell he truly cares about what he does, he spends time in the room and answers any questions you have, and the staff are all great at making you feel comfortable knowing your pet is going to be taken care. Definitely appreciate all of them for what they do!
Dr. Cyr and her staff are truly exceptional. They are compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. You can tell they genuinely care about every animal that comes through their doors. Dr. Cyr takes the time to explain things clearly and always makes sure we feel comfortable and informed. Her team is friendly, responsive, and goes above and beyond to make each visit smooth and stress-free—for both pets and owners. We’re so thankful to have found them!
