Town & Country Animal Clinic provides top-notch care with a personal touch. The caring doctors and staff, including the Chihuahua whisperer Cheeka, treat pets with dignity and respect, making them feel comfortable and loved. The friendly team shows compassion in difficult times, following up with clients to ensure their well-being. Clients, including those who travel for a living, trust the clinic, driving hours for follow-up care. The staff members are described as awesome and patient, even when overworked, helping stressed pets like Yoshi to calm down and receive excellent care. While the prices might be a little high, the clinic is known for its compassionate approach, as evidenced by the warm hug provided by Dr. Cyr during the passing of a beloved 18-year-old cat, Mollie.
Always such a positive experience with the kind staff here who clearly love animals. Today we saw Dr. Rowan and Chica (sp?) and I left feeling supported, informed, encouraged, and overall good about the visit. We’ve been to quite a few vets in Macon and WR but Town & Country is where we feel best about taking our dogs for care. Highly recommend!
I've worked with a good many veterinarians in my life, and I'm happy to have found Town and Country Animal Clinic. These folks are outstanding. The staff, the techs, and Dr. Ury have made me feel great about how much they actually care about our kitties.
I would be lost with out this Vetinarian c
Clinic. They are so understanding. They are there everytime you call and need them. They are knowledgeable and very sweet people. I will never go anywhere else.
