Full disclosure, I use to work here. There’s no one else that I would trust with the care of my pets. You’ll never find more caring doctors and staff! Even after I moved away, I still drove 3.5hrs back for follow-up care with my cat. I wish I could have taken the whole clinic with me when I moved. As a former employee and now a client, I have seen both sides of this clinic. I’m telling you, you can trust them to treat your pet with dignity and respect all while receiving top-notch care.
I loved this place. Not only were they so friendly with me. But my cat as well. They treated my baby with the most respect. They loved on her and tried making her as comfortable as they could.
My first interaction with Town & Country was in 2016 when my beloved Rex got suddenly ill and passed away. The doctors and staff were kind and compassionate, and followed up with us several days later to see how we were. Very personal touch. We have continued taking our other fur babies for care and have always had positive experiences.
