I could not be happier with the service provided by Buzzell Plumbing Heating & Air. Our 50 Gallon tank water heater had to be replaced, and Mark Buzzell came by to give us quotes on replacing the tank and also options for moving to a tankless heater. We ended up choosing an outdoor tankless option. Work began the next day, and a lot was done to get the right infrastructure set up, but everything was done and cleaned up that day so we could have hot water again in the evening. Mark even included a condesation pump for the HVAC system at no extra cost after realizing that the way the old pipes were set up could cause problems after the tank was removed. Awesome job with my AC issues. Highly recommend this company.Update:I called Buzzell because my AC stopped working and I knew I was going to need a new HVAC. Mark Buzzell came to the house the next day presented me a list of HVAC units and their cost. We sat down and discussed the pro's and con's of the different units. I made my decision that day I had a new HVAC unit installed by the end of the week. Anthony the technician did an awesome job! The job which required removing and replacing the outside unit as well as the air handler was done quickly and efficiently..
