Last Sunday I did the float. Being able to let go of reality and just relax. Today I did a massage with Sally I told her my neck and shoulder area where is always tense. She worked some magic that was needed. Working a very physical job and able to spend an hour on Sunday to just relax really makes me feel great for the week ahead. Go ahead and make your appointment.

This was my second time here. Service was great and much needed. The staff was very friendly and attentive. The facility was clean. I love the fact that I was able to lock away my personal belongings. I know it was last minute but the ladies were accommodating which is a plus. I will be back and highly recommend the sauna and Halotherapy session.

My experiencewas AMAZING! I purchased a 1 hr therapeutic deep tissue. My therapist name is Sally and omg she found knots in my back/shoulders that I didn't know existed. She found them and got them out. The float is so relaxing and just FYI , when the jets come on that is your sign to get out. They say listen for the music but it is so low I couldn't hear it but when the jets came on, I knew it was time to get out. I scheduled my next appointment at check out and can't wait to go back.
