If you're a DeKalb County resident and you're looking to get a new roof put on your house, you should definitely give Stone Mountain Roofing a call. While I didn't purchase a whole new roof, I did have a repair job that I needed done. The owner, Vlad, was very receptive, personable, and easy to work with. The company responded to my request quickly, and I thought their price was reasonable. Despite the fact that the roofers were doing major work in my area the same day, and the work I was having done would not have been considered a priority job, this roofing company was nevertheless very accommodating and stayed in touch with me throughout the day, letting me know the status of their team. When the roofing team finished the other place and became available, they arrived quickly, completed the work without any delay, and did an excellent job on the roof (as the recent heavy rains can attest). I understand Stone Mountain Roofing offers a few other home improvement services in addition to new roof installation and repairs, so if you're looking for a local company that's cool to work with, I strongly encourage you to check them out.
I had a great experience at The Exchange Beauty Spa Shop. Peanut in Suite 2 did my 4-year-old’s hair and she was amazing—very patient, gentle, and friendly the entire time. She made my child feel comfortable, which is a big deal.

Prompt and flexible in scheduling an appointment and never a line - show up at your appointment time and get your haircut. I have always appreciated the cleanliness of this place of business and how immaculate the shop is kept. A very professional atmosphere as well as Tray's consistency and expertise with cutting hair is something I also appreciate and keeps me coming back. Only place I know where you can get a haircut after 9PM on a weekday. I was fine with the cut. I didn't get anything complicated. Just got cleaned up so I could look half-way presentable for a meeting. Between the late night availability and the good convo I was able to have with the barber, I'd give it a 5 stars. There was some small details about the actual haircut that I wasn't in love with, but even then I'd still give it a 4-5 stars. In a nutshell, it's a life saving option when you need a late night cut.

It was not busy when I went to make an appt. They took me right then and there. Ron serviced me. He was very professional. Gave me a price quote. I watched him clean his clippers as he was cutting my hair. His station was clean. He was very detailed and took his time with my cut and design which I loved. He told me how to cover to maintain it well. Definitely going back.

Rodrigo and Juan were the only good parts of a crappy day—my building management accidentally flooded my unit when doing power washing, and then gave me and my roommate the runaround about getting it fixed. Luckily Juan was there to shopvac and helped move all of the furniture, including a king sized bed and dresser, and then Rodrigo handled all the driers and dehumidifiers and went above and beyond giving us advice about working with management because he’d had jobs at our site before. Truly wouldn’t have gotten through the day without them! Quality work and kind people.

I'm Cheryl Skelton, I called today due to pain in my neck and mid back and was advised to come on in. Awesome. My husband who is a frequent visitor at this facility took me there and we were greeted by a friendly staff, also Awesome. We met with Dr. Wilkerson and I felt very comfortable with him right away. He did an examination and located my pain points right away. I walked out 30 minutes later feeling much better than when I walked in. Overall it was a very pleasant experience and I plan to return for future treatment.

This review is long overdue. I’ll start with what matters most to whoever is reading this- this team is the absolutely best veterinary team I have ever encountered. I recommend them to everyone I know with a pet- friends, coworkers, neighbors. If they aren’t the closest location to you I promise they are worth the drive.
I found them in 2022 when my senior lab had previously been diagnosed with Cushings Disease. I had been to all the other vets in the area and as his symptoms progressed they all just kept doing the same thing, increasing his steroid dose. Finally I knew the dose they were suggesting was doing more harm than good and so I looked into alternatives. I’m so lucky I found Loving touch.
From the first appointment the team was wonderful. A complete 180 from every other vet. They take SO much time with you, they never rush you. They offer the perfect blend of traditional veterinary medicine and alternative treatments like herbs, acupuncture and chiro. Thanks to them, I had my pup for longer and more importantly- he was comfortable and happy for longer.
I started bringing my other adult pup- a Staffy here as well. He had the typical Staffy skin issues his entire life. He was a highly reactive dog to other pups and they handled it wonderfully. They’d let us wait in the car or outside until the coast was clear for us to go to our exam room. Not to mention- the techs would occasionally call me out of the blue just to check in on them both! I’ve never experienced a team that genuinely cared so much, from the doctors to the techs to the front desk team- everyone is beyond great.
Over the years unfortunately we have had to put our senior pups down and I cannot stress enough how kind the team was. They made what was the 2 worst days of our lives bearable through their grace and empathy.
We have another 3-4 year old pitty now who is a Shelter pup and scared of the world who we continue to bring to loving touch and they continue to treat her wonderfully.
For anyone who is either exasperated with hitting a wall at their current veterinary situation or just someone looking to get established with the most wonderful vet- I can’t recommend this team enough.
