LaVar arrived on time, listened to what I thought was the issue ( turned out it was my thermostat), replaced it and the filter, and checked/cleaned my AC unit before leaving. I was so impressed with the professionalism and LaVar taking the time to explain the importance of ongoing maintenance that I signed up for the maintenance package (worth it if you don't want to crawl unto your crawl space every 6 months). This is the company for your HVAC needs!

Lavar is excellent. He even changed the batteries in the thermostat and supplies the filter. New Heights always far surpasses the companies I have used in the past. I am referring them to all my friends and neighbors .
