Virginia and team were amazing to work with!! They guided us through the laminate flooring process and the end results were better than we hoped for. They also carpeted our hard wood stairs - what a difference! Virgina is a Rockstar - highly recommended!
Excellent consultation with Virginia. All concerns were addressed promptly. Was even allowed to visit the warehouse to confirm the flooring pattern wasn't too busy. Installers came early and stayed late. Done in 2 days. Very good attention to detail. Highly recommended.
Had a cat urine situation that needed resolving in room. I wanted to replace floorboard in addition to carpet but they offered a less invasive solution that did the trick. Responsive and communicated well so there were no surprises.
