Sometimes, I go and volunteer to help clean and do reading at the eye clinic. I am a Lion at the Norcross Lions Club.“

“Excellent eye care but a subpar billing department. I had a routine eye exam early LAST YEAR and was fully covered by vision insurance which Thomas accepted. Thomas waited until THIS YEAR to submit the insurance claim. My vision insurance changed to a new provider with the new year and now Thomas has asked me to pay the bill because they never got around to submitting the claim last year. I don't think so.“
“I came here to extremely upset because my kid accidentally stepped on my glasses and broke them. I’m currently experiencing financial issues and I do not have insurance so it’s pretty hard to receive help. I came here In hopes I could find some cheap frames to wear just for the time being. I was greeted by “Joann”. She explained everything to me and took my lenses and proceeded to find me some frames in my price range. Unfortunately they didn’t have any and she ended up offering to see if she could fix the frames I have now. She walked to the back and came back and they literally fit better than when I first bought them 3 years ago! You can tell she LOVES her job and has AMAZING customer service!
