“I can’t overstate how grateful I am to the good people at True Plumbing. Literally a week after I closed on my new house, the expansion tank on my water heater busted a leak and water was spraying out all over my kitchen at 6:30pm. I was the only one home and literally felt helpless in the chaos as my kitchen started to flood. I called True Plumbing and the very compassionate and kind woman on the phone got me help right away. This is after hours, mind you. I had two field managers call me within 30 secs. One, Paul, kindly and patiently talked me through turning off the water to my house as I was panicking and then had a technician come out within 30mins. Gary replaced the expansion tank and fixed some of the wrong piping right away. By 9pm, the crisis was over. I owe my piece of mind and new house’s well being to True Plumbing. I was able to snag an appointment next day, which I was relieved by, and the minute he walked in and assessed what was going on, he explained that he didn't think the smell was a plumbing issue. He checked the toilet and sink from where I thought the smell was originating, but then suggested we check the crawl space, where I found a massive dead possum - clearly the actual root of my problem. I had already heard good things and this was just one more. I said I knew I would replace my water heater this year and when I did - I would give my business to them.Fast forward to the water pressure in my house being very high, so I figured I would get the issue fixed and replace my water heater (circa 1991). I needed a new PRV, and they made a plan for the water heater. Very responsive to calls, even though my first call was late on a Friday.Keith was amazing, he listened to me, and we made a plan to do the work. He helped me try and find my water meter - even though the county on the phone gave us bad info from old map. He upgraded the gas line, rebuilt the vent stack, changed my PRV and installed the new water heater all in a few hours. He was super friendly, very knowledgeable, communicated every step of the way, was always on time - and did an amazing job. SLAM will always be my fist call if I need any other work done. “Jeremy Hathaway from Mr. Rooter is phenomenal! He came to our house to help us locate a water leak in the ceiling. He determined it was a problem with the roof, not the plumbing, but while he was here I asked him to turn up my hot water heater because my showers were luke warm. He discovered our hot water heater was on it's last legs, patiently helped us through the process of finding a new hot water heater that we could afford, and then aided us in applying for and taking out a small loan to pay for it. When he removed our heater to replace it, he discovered our hot water heater had been compromised below the floor line and had damaged a good portion of our floor. Jeremy called a water remediator, encouraged us to call and make a claim with our home insurance carrier, and continued to answer our questions by text even today, the Sunday after he had finished his work with us. He is truly amazing--one of a kind--and his detective work saved us a lot of future headaches, money, and further damage to our home.
