“Amazing cleaners that offer superb dry cleaning. Sandra answered the phone when I called for a quote to dry-clean a queen-sized weighted blanket. I actually called a couple other dry cleaners in the area, but they we not friendly like Sandra was on the phone. She was really sweet, and I could tell she was very customer-service oriented.She was quick with the quote, and it was the best price I had gotten from all of the cleaners I called. I immediately drove there to drop off the blanket, and Sandra was even more awesome in person. Her energy, enthusiasm, and care was evident.She explained that I could pick in up the day after tomorrow. I just got my weighted blanket back today and it is SO clean. Sandra even packaged it in a complimentary plastic covering to keep it pristine. Moral of the story, this is the best cleaners. Most places will clean your clothes, but this place will repair holes and go the extra mile, all without asking. They also do a great job tailoring my clothes. If this isn't enough, the two little dogs that serve as mascots for the place area adorable.“

“I’m a loyal customer , I love these machines !But on Sundays there are mean Hispanic older woman there who are yelling and harassing customers . The older lady with brown hair brings her kids or mom to help her clean the laundromat. And she is yelling at them to help her clean . She is rude and tells you she will throw away anything she finds on the floor . She is behind customers watching them and harassing them to hurry up. She has no customer service skills or proper communication. She yells at people and has a mad face like she does not like her job.I love this place but that lady on Sundays has no customer service and has a very nasty attitude!“

“The owner is always helpful. She can even do alterations while you wait. Out of a multitude of visits nothing has ever been lost. This is important when we are cleaning ingredients irreplaceable vintage clothes. Le gets all my business for dry cleaning and alterations.It has now been 3 years since using this establishment and the entire family is always helpful. We are on a first name basis now and I don't really even need my ticket as they know where my items are already. They have repaired some several hundred dollar 1940s Filson cruisers for me and the work looks as good as the Filson shop. As my clothing business expands I will continue to utilize this shop.“

“I have been fortunate enough to be going to this dry cleaners since they opened around 20 years ago, when the shopping center was upgraded. I have always had extremely attentive, fast, and helpful service. Truly extraordinary care and attention.We send at least one bag of clothes a week, and our clothes are always perfectly dry cleaned and ready when I need them. Alterations have always turned out exactly as I needed and exactly when promised.Service is truly extraordinary. If the parking spaces are full, they will run out and grab my clothes or help me carry my clothes back to my car. They have watched my kids grow up and now recognize them when they come in. My kids comment how great it is they don't even have to give our name or phone number, because they are known as soon as they drive up. It's like a small town feel and friendliness with fast big city service.I highly recommend them. Going 20 years on excellent service and hope to see them another 20!
