“We switched to Briarlake Animal Hospital in Nov of 2023. We have 11 year old cats (sisters). The yearly check up was so calm and lovely. The staff was kind and helpful, the vet and tech were SUPER informative and explained everything. Turns out both needed teeth cleaning so we took them in yesterday for that. They stayed in touch with us ALL DAY, the vet called me TWICE, once after cleaning each cat's teeth, to let me know how they're doing and what the results were. And when we went to pick the up, the staff were all super supportive, helpful with at home care info, and came to tell us how much the loved having our babies there. And Dr. Hiro came out (he did the procedures) to check in. 100% love this practice and will say and recommend.“

Dr. Bell goes above and beyond for our two pups, who in recent years have had an endless array of issues, from allergies to needing preventative surgery to remove a scary lump that was looking suspicious. Dr. Bell gave us every option imaginable and our surgery was made affordable because of an expert she works with. All our fears are always addressed (and thoroughly!), and I just can't express my gratitude enough for their level of care. Vets work exceptionally difficult jobs that can result in compassion fatigue, and my heart goes out to this hardworking crew. I've heard horror stories of how people treat vets sometimes, so I sincerely hope this staff is approached with the same level of care they give our little family members. “I WISH I COULD GIVE 6 ⭐️’s. my cats have never seen a vet before and nor have i. it was a anxious first experience on both ends. they put me at ease and walked me through everything. they were very thoughtful & through. my cats act up bad when i give them medications at home or even when i cut their nails but my cats didn’t even holler when they got anything done. the staff were extremely friendly and obviously knew exactly what they were doing. my cats seemed to realize that they were in control and chilled out the whole session. ngl tho from the front of the store it don’t look like much but inside is where the magic happens.“
“These folks are great! I brought an injured stray cat on a random Monday morning, explaining that I wanted to get him fixed, vaccinated, and take care of his injuries so I could take him home. The only hitch was that I was here on vacation and flying back home the following day, so I was on a very tight timeline, and the cat's injury required survey. The staff and DVM were incredibly professional, compassionate, competent, and quick- the cat was ready to pick up that afternoon. Thanks to these folks' help, I was able to adopt this little guy and take him home with me, and now he's living the good life. :)“

My cats had an upper respiratory infection and after giving them medication prescribed by the vet, they got better in just a few days. They were also affordable. I would highly recommend.“
