It has helped tremendously. Great teacher and therapeutic. I could barley move around before but now I have more range of motivation and less pain. This has helped me physically and mentally. The medical massage, yoga and pranayama has given me more movement and has helped with my headaches and overall back and neck pain. They are kind and caring when they come to your home. It puts you more at ease and relaxed.

They came out promptly, they were extremely friendly, and they got my AC working in about 2 hours when other companies tried to sell me overpriced units ranging around 25k. I recently got some regular medium box braids. Esther was very prompt and professional. Her communication was excellent! After I got home I noticed that some of the parts where larger than others. I notified her, and she was very understanding. She fit me in within a timely manner to correct it. This speaks volumes to her character. I will definitely be back!

The smell in this salon isn't horrible. There is natural cross ventilation as they open the doors on nice days and the staff is super nice. If you go during the week, it is less crowded and you can just walk in. If you need to drop off a relative, the Five Forks Antique Mall around the corner is a fun place to browse too. They are great with elderly foot care.

Very quiet, clean smaller shop. I think the prices are good and fair. I got the basic pedicure and manicure 43 and added the callus remover for 7. This is probably my 3rd time coming here and I appreciate that it's not so loud and crowded. Excellent job, they don't use that metal cheese grater skin remover on your feet just a pumice stone which I prefer my feet feel smoother.

I'm trying Builder Gel for the second time. My nails was done by the fabulous Kim. 3 wks I choose to come for my first fill-ins. I love the out come of my nails! They are sturdy, neat, pretty and realistic as I work as a tech in the hospitals. I do a lot of hand washing and hand sanitize the Acrylic Nails could never stand up to this, I would have lifting by my cuticles needing a immediate fill in to avoid fungus. The picture don't do my nails justice. I'm now team Builder Gel for life.

Royal Flush sent Kyle to my house b/c sewer backed up. He found the blockage 130 ft away from house in an 85 year old cast iron pipe. Kyle was very professional, worked quickly, explained every step of the investigation, the solution, costs and options. His repair was spot on. I was impressed. I have an extremely woodsy backyard and just found out a very tall tree died quite some time ago, and the broken limbs are hanging on neighboring trees. The worst is it’s very close to my neighbors house. They are able to get me on schedule the next day. My realtor friend recommended them and has been working with them for many years. Jose is very professional and price is reasonable. The crew is amazing! Very polite and kind people. They have a bucket vehicle that allows them to do the job swiftly and safely. They also paved my lawn so my grass is not damaged. They cleaned my backyard as much as possible afterwards and hauled a few other fallen branches. I am very pleased. Couple of my neighbors gave them business as well because they are very impressed. Can’t say enough good things about them. I’ll recommend them to everyone.

The myACT therapy is absolutely amazing!!!! It has helped with my tense muscle in my neck, shoulders and upper back. It’s the perfect therapy to get before getting adjusted. Highly recommend. They even offered it in packages to help reduce the cost. I leave feeling like a new person every time.
My hamstring detached from my pelvis during a water sport activity. Had surgery to reattach and felt constant tugging at the surgery site at every step. I know Robert from the racing community and him being a competitive athlete, I figured he would understand how much this affected my athleticism. I went 3x wk for about 3 months. He worked on stretches and mobility with both hips, not only the affected one. He stretched it further than I thought it could go and mid treatments it didn’t tug anymore. He had me buy a strap so I could do it on my own. Before treatment, it consumed my thoughts but I don’t think much about my leg anymore.
