I am so grateful that Mr Washington installed 2 toilets in my home. He went above what i expected. Currently, both toilets are working properly and I will definitely refer him to others as well as call upon him for future plumbing projects.
Will was very professional and punctual. He was actually the second plumber who came to look at my problem. After looking over the previous work and correcting their mistakes he then realized it was a county issue. He then instructed me on what to say when I called Dekalb county . Will also waited with me until they came to ensure that the problem was fixed. I highly recommend to anyone. He could’ve kept ‘fixing it’ and charge me more money but he made sure it was taken care of. He even reached out the following day to check on the problem. As a single woman his honesty was refreshing
