I took my dog in for emergency mail clipping no appointment needed we were in and out and now my dog didn’t cry or panicked. I’m definitely taking her back for grooming not only because the prices but 1) location 2) I saw other dogs in there that looked gorgeous 3) they are very nice people I could go on about it but just do your self and your furry babies a favor and give them a call (very responsive)!! to book an appointment you will not regret it.

I am the main groomer, I love what I do. DEKALB DOG SPA do basic cuts, we have pictures posted about the cuts we offer, people fail to read, or just look on the wall.We do walk in service, so plan on your dog being here until we call, filtered water is giving to all.Replying back to the negative reviews. While your pets are at home and you see crust forming around the eyes, that is a problem to take to your vet, or you can clean yourself. Again for matted dogs the fur has to come off.I think that's it, im always open to talk or try to resolve issues.

The Spa was reasonable pricing wise but I didn't appreciate my dog getting nipped more than once. I also didn't like the uneven hair cut. The hair was not well blended under her neck, chest and legs. My dog will sit through a wash and haircut without any issues so I know the nipping was because the cut was too low in those areas. On the plus side, my fur baby was nice and clean. Nails were nicly trimed and she smelled amazing.Would I give them another try? I think I will but with more details on the style and cut.
