In single-digit temps, our guests turned off the thermostat (because they were enjoying the gas fireplaces and it got a little toasty inside), and this caused a condensation line to freeze. I left an after-hours message around 10:45 pm and Noreen called back within 10 minutes. She walked us through a temporary solution that not only worked, but meant that our service call could wait until morning. Our guests were happy and the tech showed up first thing to finalize a repair. On top of that, the invoice was more than fair.
